Farm-to-Community Food Donation Initiative
Many people in our community regularly face food insecurity. Ohio City Farm is accepting monetary donations that will be used to grow food for direct distribution to those most in need. By purchasing our produce for donation, you will also help to ensure that our team of refugee farmers has continued work throughout this growing season.
100% of the produce grown from your donations will be distributed to community members experiencing food insecurity by our partners at MetroHealth, May Dugan Center, and Re:Source Cleveland. OCF produce will be added to other food items and necessities these organizations are collecting and distributing to the community on a weekly basis. Started in March 2020, this program will continue as funds provide. Click the "Donate" button below to contribute.
SUGGESTED DONATIONS
Donations of any amount are appreciated. If you are able, we suggest contributions in the following amounts:
$30 provides enough produce to feed one family for one week
$125 provides enough produce to feed one family for a month
$1,000 provides enough produce to feed one family for the growing season
